At Montevia Atelier, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when it was received
  • Have original tags
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by the proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, Montevia Atelier will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is made for other reasons (e.g., size or change of mind), the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

In all cases, the product must be in a condition suitable for resale.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please check your order upon receipt.

If you detect any problems, please contact us immediately at soporte@monteviaatelier.cl if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the case and coordinate the best possible solution.

Products Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns of:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Personal care items
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Gift cards

If you have questions about a specific product, please write to us before making your purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain another product or size is to request a return of the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be made to the original payment method
  • The estimated time frame is up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take longer to reflect the refund.
