Return Policy

At Maveo, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@get-maveo.com.
If your return is accepted, you’ll be asked to ship the product back to our fulfillment center via Royal Mail Guaranteed Special Delivery. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Policy

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.

If the item is not damaged but you wish to return it for another reason (e.g., sizing, change of mind) and the product has already been opened, you may still return it — however, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
In both cases, the item must still be in resellable condition: unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a suitable solution, including covering return shipping if necessary.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order separately, once your return is accepted.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
